Every New Beginning Quote Typography

This was a project in my Roman Hand Lettering course I took. The style for this assignment was Roman calligraphy. To create this, I first wrote out each individual letter on paper using the proper pen nib and technique for the Roman style of lettering. Next, I scanned each letter, then in Adobe Photoshop, I selected each letter. Once all of the letters were selected, it was time to put together the entire composition. I utilized some classical Roman columns and a base for them. Then I added some leaf vines to pull the work together.
