Form Translation

This was a project from my Making Meaning class. For the project, I had to choose an item that has movement properties, like a tool. With this item, its form would be analyzed by taking photographs of it, developing a black-and-white illustration of it, and finally, creating an “abstraction” that represents the object and its functional movement. To learn more about this project, see the document below. This project was a really great learning experience, because I got to practice thinking like a designer, where I had to visually convey, in this case, the movement of the object.
